Artana Art Cards is a limited edition collector card series on Solana that showcases upcoming artists and designers from various backgrounds. The artworks are airdropped to a selected group of collectors and creators. With each drop, the edition size slightly increases and is currently at 100 pieces. Artana Art Cards Edition #4 will feature Michael Alexander aka. MEK. MEK is an Indonesian-based pixel artist. Started as a graphic designer with 12 years of experience in running a graphic design studio, pixel art is his medium of choice to express things that’s not quite translatable through practices in graphic design. Often found Ukiyo-E and Shin-Hanga as his main compass and fountain of art— one of his biggest missions is to bring pixel art medium out of pop-art, cute or game-esque notion into something that’s more timeless and agnostic to current trends. Artana is proud to announce our collaboration with MEK for our next card series, number 4 called “Quenching Thirst”. For holder of Artana Card #1, #2, and #3, we will apply a rank mechanism as per engagement to those who are actually in-touch with the Artana twitter account. In total 100 editions will be airdropped to the Solana collector and builder community.
